Reporting violations
If you believe someone is using Travis in violation of this policy, email abuse@usetravis.com. Include any relevant details (URLs, account identifiers, timestamps) and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond.
For copyright complaints (DMCA), use the dedicated process at copyright@usetravis.com. Include identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury.
How we enforce
For clear-cut violations (CSAM, ongoing fraud, active malware distribution), we will suspend accounts immediately and may report to law enforcement. For gray areas, we will reach out before taking action when possible.
Our enforcement decisions are recorded in our internal audit log. You can appeal a suspension by emailing appeals@usetravis.com with the relevant context.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates here. Material changes will be communicated by email to active accounts at least 30 days before they take effect.
